Revealing Consumer Behavior toward Green Consumption

چکیده

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between attitudes and behaviors administrative staff four Baku universities toward consumption environmentally friendly products. used 536 consumer questionnaires belonging different socio-economic demographic groups. survey evaluated factors that affected purchasing decisions, purchase intentions, awareness, green products respondents living in an urban area. results from were analyzed using one-way MANOVA analysis. According study, participants differed according age, number household members, marital status, education level income. At same time, main indicators consumers paid attention price, brand, appearance, advertising, expert opinion label information. importance these varied education, income members participants. showed partially sensitive environment.
